From the owner

Wij zijn dol op de bergen en zijn daarom in 2008 op zoek gegaan naar een vakantiehuis in Oostenrijk. Wij vonden de perfecte plek in Annaberg, Salzburgerland, ongeveer 1000 km van Utrecht. In één van de mooiste wandelgebieden van Oostenrijk en slechts 100 meter van de skipiste! Ons vakantiehuis is in 2009 gebouwd, sinds 2010 verhuren we! Bezoek ook onze website.

Ons vakantiehuis is geschikt voor kleine en grote families, tot 6 personen (kinderen die nog in een kinderbedje slapen worden niet meegerekend). Het heeft een grote woonkamer met compleet ingerichte open keuken en houtkachel, 3 slaapkamers, een kleine badkamer boven en een grote badkamer met sauna beneden. Om het huis ligt een omheinde tuin met terras.

Annaberg ligt in de Genuss- & Erlebnisregion van het Salzburgerland en is het hele jaar door een prima bestemming! Uiteraard is het winterseizoen populair, maar ook daarbuiten is er veel te doen. Het zomerseizoen begint eind mei/begin juni als de liften in Dachstein-West weer open gaan (waaronder de gloednieuwe Donnerkogelbahn, op 10 minuten loopafstand van ons huis). Wandelen, mountainbiken, raften en zwemmen, het kan in en rond Annaberg. Maar ook Salzburg of het Salzkammergut zijn een bezoek waard!

Ski in - ski out! Vanaf de voordeur skiet u naar de 100 meter verderop gelegen piste waarna de Donnerkogelbahn u in slechts 8 minuten naar het familievriendelijke skigebied Dachstein-West brengt. Daar wachten u vele gezellige hutten en ca. 150 kilometer blauwe, rode en zwarte pistes. Bij het dalstation van de Donnerkogelbahn is ook de skischool gevestigd. Uitgebreid langlaufen kunt u in Lungötz en Abtenau, beide 15 minuten rijden van ons huis. Ook kunt u volop winterwandelingen maken.

Uw hond is bij ons van harte welkom, zonder bijbetalen! Bij aankomst staan de hondenmand en de etensbakken klaar. Onze tuin is omheind en u loopt zo met uw hond de bergen in voor een lange of een korte wandeling. Maximaal 2 honden.

Wij wonen boven en slapen beneden. De bovenverdieping bestaat uit een grote open ruimte met daarin woonkamer en open keuken met eethoek (en kleine badkamer). De inrichting is modern, de houtkachel maakt het helemaal af! Omdat wij van koken houden, hebben we onze keuken zo volledig mogelijk ingericht. Een kinderstoel is aanwezig. Beneden zijn 3 slaapkamers voor in totaal 6 personen, en een grote badkamer met sauna. Een kinderbed met matras (120x60 cm) is aanwezig; graag hiervoor zelf beddengoed meenemen. Verder hebben wij een terras op het zuiden, een balkon op het noorden en kunt u 2 auto's voor huis parkeren.

Why can't I call Wilma (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wilma (the owner) a message.

If Wilma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
