The Villa Vuyani is a top end self-catered villa located in the heart of stunning Antibes, one of the most sought after locations on the French Riviera.

The property is managed, with all amenities on offer, such as a 11-meter private pool (with sun loungers), broadband Wi-Fi, international channels (3 TVs), air conditioning throughout, and a very large private garden, as well as indoor garage space for up to 4 cars.

The property, built in natural stone, has been renovated to the very highest standards, offering decor and a kitchen that is second to none in Antibes, staying true to the Vuyani stamp of quality. All bathrooms are designed in travertine throughout, combining traditional materials such as brass with all modern amenities. All bedrooms are fully furnished, 3 bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony. Enjoy your breakfast right out of bed with a view over a garden that takes your breath away.

The Villa Vuyani boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, it can accommodate up to 10 guests. One of the bedrooms is arranged as a twin bedroom for 2 children, making this the perfect property for families. If you need cots for babies or toddlers, these will be made available upon request.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bernard (the owner) a message.

    If Bernard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
