La frazione Le Martinet è un tranquillo paesino di montagna nella vallata del Gran San Bernardo, alle pendici del Monte Sarion, nel Massiccio del Gran Conbin (Alta Via n°1).Sulla antica Via Francigena.MONOLOCALE semoplice,confortevole.

Cucina completa,attrezzata,due piastre elettriche,frigorifero,microonde,lavatrice,congelatore, frullino a immersione ferrostiro,aspirapolvere.Doccia,phon,scaldabagno elettrico..Caloriferi con termostato più stufa nordica a legna. Fornitura di biancheria da letto, da cucina e da bagno(accappatoi) compresa nel prezzo.

Dotato di letto matrimoniale, materasso memory, (eventuale aggiuntivo letto singolo a una piazza, oppure lettino bimbo,max 5 anni).Terrazza solarium panoramica, attrezzata per pranzare all'aperto,barbecue.

L'alloggio è dotato di uno spazioso recinto-giardino piantumato per max due cani con cucce coibentate al coperto utilizzabili anche in inverno. I cani educati possono alloggiare in compagnia dei padroni . Si praticano tariffe scontate per soggiorni lunghi o in bassa stagione.

Ideale per relax e per escursionisti( Tour du Combin,G.S.Bernardo,Valpelline,Etroubles),alpinisti,sciatori e Bikers .

Etroubles è cittadina d'arte, ospita opere d'arte en plein air. D'inverno a 8,10 km piste per sci di fondo ( Flassin e Vapelline), con parco giochi invernali per bambini,e da discesa (Crevacol). Percorso per gite con ciaspole, di ogni livello.Tre paia di ciaspole di tipo tradizionale sono messe gratuitamente a disposizione degli ospiti. Luogo ideale per sciatori, escursionisti,bikers e amanti montagna . Vicinanze rifugi(Chaligne, Letey)e bivacchi di facile accesso (Menouve)

Come ci si arriva .

Per chi proviene dall'Italia:prendere l'autostrada per Aosta . Uscire alla prima uscita di Aosta, prendere direzione Tunnel Gran San Bernardo: si attraversano due lunghe gallerie che fanno entrare nella vallata di Valpelline.Proseguire lungo la strada direzione Gran San Bernardo. Superato il paese di Gignod, si percorre un lungo rettifilo in salita.Dopo un paio di curve, si vedono i cartelli con indicazione Allein, girare a destra, imboccare la strada per Allein e seguirla tutta fino al capoluogo. A quel punto seguire sulla destra le indicazioni per frazione Le Martinet. O telefonare alla proprietaria

Per chi proviene dalla Svizzera: superato il colle del Gran S. Bernardo ( oppure, in inverno, superato il tunnel del G.S.Bernardo)si arriva all'abitato di Saint Rhemy en Bosses. Si prosegue verso Aosta e si supera in paese di S. Oyen e poi di Etroubles. Si continua sullo stradone verso Aosta. Sulla sinistra, dopo circa 3,4 Km da Etroubles, compaiono sulla sinistra ( attenzione dopo un paio di tornanti!) i cartelli indicatori per Allein,Doues,Valpelline. Svoltare quindi sulla sinistra e seguire la strada fino al capoluogo di Allein ( chef lieu distinguibile per presenza Comune,Chiesa,Poste).A quel punto prendere l'indicazione sulla destra per Le Martinet e seguirla . Oppure telefonare alla proprietaria.

Per chi proviene dalla Francia( Tunnel De Bianco). Raggiungere Aosta e ,alla Rotonda dell'Ospedale di Viale Ginevra, imboccare la strata statale per il Gran San Bernardo.

Superato il paese di Gignod,dopo un lungo rettifilo in salita e un paio di curve c'è bivio per Allein.

Notizie utili

A 16 Km Cabinovia per Pila.A 2 Km ci sono due piccoli paesi, Doues e Allein, con ristoranti, piccolo market e bar. Numerosi i locali con cibi tipici ( Jambon de Bosses, Seupa valpellinentze) in zona. Nel Paese di Doues, a 2 Km bel parco giochi per bambini, campi di calcetto e minigolf per bambini.A 10 Km Valpelline ed Etroubles offrono ristoranti, bar, biblioteca,chiesa, farmacia, medico. Campi da tennis, percorsi facilitati per passeggiate, tennis, .A 12 Km si trova la piscina di Variney,a 5 corsie, con piscina,idromassaggi,sauna.A 10 Km Gignod piccolo campo golf. Zona tranquilla adatta ad escursionisti e sciatori amanti della montagna. Numerosi i rifugi accessibili dei dintorni e le passeggiate con percorsi facili, adatti anche per bambini. Numerose le sagre e i divertimenti e le occasioni culturali( mostre e concerti) previsti nei dintorni, nel comprensorio del Gran Combin , vallata Gran San Bernardo, nel periodo estivo e invernale. Musei e concerti ad Aosta ( 18 KM).Terme Prés Saint Didier ( Courmajeur Mont Blanc) a un'ora di auto o un'ora e mezza di BUS. Casinò di S Vincent a 60 km circa.

Sembra impossibile, eppure la felicità dista solo un paio di ore d'auto da Genova. Dalla spiaggia alla bella casetta di Orietta il passo è breve...ma forse è più ap… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Orietta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
