Villa Description:

The villa itself is a stunning spacious four bedroom (all bedrooms en suite) property with great outside space and stunning ravine and sea views.

Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms (one en-suite with bath and walk-in shower, one en-suite with walk-in shower) Two twin bedrooms (each en-suite with walk-in showers). One of the twin rooms can be made up as a double if required.

Villa Helidoni is a beautiful spacious four bedroom property set in peaceful surroundings with stunning ravine and sea views. The property is spread across three floors and is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The kitchen is well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine) and situated just off the dining area. The living area is comfortably furnished and welcoming. Both the living and dining area have large patio doors that open to a spacious upper terrace which is furnished with dining table and chairs, BBQ area and comfortable seating areas.

The first twin which can also be made up as a double (en-suite with shower unit) is situated on the lower ground floor level and has patio doors which open out to the lower terrace. On the mezzanine level there is a double and twin room, each en-suite with walk-in showers. The twin room opens out to the side terrace and the double room has a private balcony overlooking the pool. The charming Master double bedroom has a private balcony with lovely views over the pool, gardens, ravine and out to sea. This room is en-suite with both bath and walk-in shower.

In addition to the upper terrace there are pretty gardens and also a lower pool terrace with sunbeds for all and a seating area.

Please note: pool heating for this villa is recommended between October - May and costs an additional £175.00 per week.

Shadow over the whole pool after 5pm from villa next door, dangerous 3inch concrete upstand by the pool that we all tripped up at some time, in the air port flight path ,not for kids with big drop beh… More

Dear Mark & Donna Thank you for taking the time to write your review on Trip Advisor, we respect that all guests should be able to see, transparently, the personal opinions and experiences of previous guests at a villa. It is essential for us that our guests are booked into a villa that will suit their requirements, which is why our reservations team always listen very carefully if and when asked of any specific requirements in advance, as it is to everyone’s benefit that your expectations are met before you even arrive. I would like to thank you for contacting us after your departure to let us know that you thought that ‘the staff were lovely, the villa was really clean and we were able to stay on in the villa for an hour or so for our later check-out’. We are always happy to allow a complimentary late check-out where possible, and we are very proud of the team that we have working for us. With regards to some of the negative points raised in this review I would like to express my response below: 1) The ceiling fans that feature in all of the bedrooms were installed in order to work together with the air conditioning to cool the bedrooms. Had we been made aware of the discomfort that you had experienced due to the timer on the air conditioning then we would have disabled it for you straight away. 2) The positioning of the villa does mean that the sunlight leaves around 5pm, which provides a cooler bit of shade for evening dining, however further to your comments we have decided it would be a good idea to put some extra sun loungers on the roof terrace in order to offer an area that does benefit from the evening sunshine. 3) The trip hazard that you have referred to is a lip in the concrete by the pool, caused by the child safe safety pool cover on the pool which the owners, and many guests, have deemed as a real positive addition to the villa facilities and safety of the pool for families with young children. We will look into deploying a large pot in the area to prevent any further potential tripping. The infinity pool does have a small drop on the other side of the swimming pool but it is assumed that small children are supervised at all times when in or around the water so this has never been reported as an issue in the past. We do hope that we will be given the opportunity to welcome you back to Aphrodite Hills Resort in one of our many stunning villas which we can suggest based on any specific requirements that you many have and we would like to thank you again for sending us your feedback; we prefer any type of feedback, rather than none, in order to continually improve our services. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
