Within a stone's throw of Marengo beach, this apartment boasts some of the best ocean views in Apollo Bay/Marengo. Enjoy sunny afternoons on your private balcony or relax to the sound of waves crashing on the shore below.

Catch glimpses of seal colonies on the rocks offshore, or the locals out in fishing boats bearing the day's catch for restaurants in town. When you've done enough looking, pop on the bathers and take a leisurely 2 minute stroll to the immaculate beach for a swim and/or surf.

This renovated apartment is fully self contained, boasting two queen bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, wifi, well equipped kitchen and laundry, reverse cycle heating/cooling, TV/DVD with surround sound, huge tiled balcony/entertaining area and grass yard complete with BBQ. Parking is not an issue, with one garage space, one driveway space and additional on-street parking as required. Two additional people (maximum of 6) can be accommodated on a fold out sofa bed.

Fancy a round of golf or a bite out at some of the local restaurants? No problem, both are less than 3 minutes by car, or a leisurely stroll along the beach away. Local walking tracks, rainforest and other attractions are also within easy driving distance.

You'll be amazed at how quickly your worries wash away after a stay in this beautiful part of the country.

Hi Pru, Thanks for your comments - very sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations on this occasion. I will be discussing your concerns directly with our cleaner and gardener; however, I note that the apartment is cleaned before every guest arrival, so the state of cleanliness should have been higher. Re decor - it's identical to property photos - shouldn't have been any surprises there! Overall, will take your comments on board to improve for future stays.

Thank you for your feedback, it is well received. The garden has grown much faster than usual this year, with above average rainfall. A gardener has subsequently trimmed the trees to give a better view, while maintaining privacy. Listening to the sea crashing on the rocks while laying in bed is one of my favourite things when staying at the apartment - perhaps the sea was especially calm during your stay. Why can't I call Stuart (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stuart (the owner) a message.

If Stuart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
