There is a wall mounted TV in the room with DVD player inside the room at your entertainment. Apartment is generously equipped with all the kitchen equipments which you are allowed to use freely.

The Space
Located in very peaceful secluded area, a fully furnished cozy one-bed room in Remraam Community, located at the heart of Dubailand. Next to Arabian Ranches and Motor City and taking the route of Dubai bypass Road. It is 15 mins from Mall of Emirates, Gold and cycling courses.
The neighborhood is very new, quiet with freshly landscaped gardens and communal areas. Swimming pools, tennis courts and sports pitches are available for use and right on the doorstep so no need to walk far.
Remraam is a very new and up and coming community. Situated on the outskirts of Dubai on the E611 Emirates Road. Low rise apartment living and a great family community feel. The apartment space is set for two guests to sleep comfortably. Car hire is essential as Remraam is not situated in the main part of Dubai and public transport systems are not yet in place for this location. Close to Dubai World Central, Expo 2020 site, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Motor City and Arabian Ranches. Access to all main highways with local amenities (Spinneys) approx 15 mins away.

The neighborhood is very new, quiet with freshly landscaped gardens and communal areas. Swimming pools, tennis courts and sports pitches are available for use and right on the doorstep so no need to walk far.

Getting around

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approx 35 mins away in a taxi and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is only 10 mins away by taxi.
The place doesn't have direct connections with public transportation but taxis available easily. Rent a car is recommended.

How do damage deposits work?
