Hatagaya station is a real Japanese local friendly neighborhood. From station to your apartment, you will find so many shops and restaurants. Restaurants such as Japanese noodle ramen, yakiniki or Japanese grill, yakitori or chicken grill on skew, Italian, Chinese etc, several convenient stores, fresh groceries, bakery, drug and personal care shop, massage, dry cleaning etc.

Getting around:

It is an short 8 minutes walk from through a friendly neighborhood from Hatagaya station on Keio New Line. You can take a taxi from Shinjuku about 10 minutes

Travel time are all train only not including transfer and walking time:

Thank you for staying at Airbnb. My guess is your first time using Airbnb in Japan. Tokyo is a metropolitan so space is modest compare to other countries, my apartment is consider roomy side. If you arrive at night I would prepare the sofabed setting, but I thought all other guests like to prepare as they needed except you. The office building also doesn't bother any other guests as it has tinted window and Japanese are too busy working so don't mind. Construction sounds in Japan kept to a minimum and nearly unnoticeable. It is a good life experiences most people enjoy here if you have higher budget I recommend you to stay at hotel for double the budget half the space. Thanks

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
