STRUCTURE The Holiday '' Sa Domu '', has eight apartments, all spacious and well furnished. Each apartment is composed of kitchen / living room, two bedrooms (4/5 beds), one or two bathrooms (depending on the apartment) and a terrace (of variable size depending on the apartment). LOCATION Surrounded by a forest of eucalyptus, the property is located a few hundred meters from Porto Frailis beautiful beach and the enchanting Cala Moresca, as well as from the charming square Red Rocks. Also, can easily reach the center of Tortolì that other beaches in the area such as the coast of Orri and Cea, the Shed, S. Gemiliano Basaura. AREA Arbatax (municipality of Tortolì), location of the beautiful province of Ogliastra, is located in the central coast of Sardinia ortientale 180 km from Olbia and 140 km from Cagliari. Our little Province boasts not only beautiful coastline, but also a wonderful mountainous interior with rough and wild landscapes, for the holidays not only the sun and relaxation, but also adventure. The city, therefore, is a strategic starting point for coastal cruising and / or inland. Through our reception, in fact, you can also book excursions by boat or raft, horseback, quad, with 4x4, with the "Green Train", or any activities such as free climbing.

How do damage deposits work?

If Luigi / Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
