Villa Tsampika is a beautiful and exclusive location for your holiday. With first class accommodation for eight people (nine is possible) the villa is ideal for families. Or if you are a smaller group then we offer an added level of luxury and class, beyond that which regular visitors to villa accommodation will be accustomed. So far at over a third of the guests have returned for at least a second visit so we are confident that you will not be disappointed.

In the words of one recent guest: “The villa is even better in real life than it looks in the pictures. My three daughters walked around for days after our arrival saying ‘what a fantastic place this is’. And it is. We would recommend this property to anyone."

The villa is one of a group of three properties on an exclusive and secluded development with spectacular views overlooking Tsampika beach and monastery and surrounded by olive groves. It is set within almost an acre of land, and boasts extensive and very well cared for mature gardens with olive trees and other fruit trees and abundant flowers. There is a large heated private infinity pool (9m x 5m is significantly bigger than most others and is comfortably big enough to swim properly in).

The villa is perfect for entertaining and dining. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and there is a proper Greek BBQ outside. There are two large granite tables for proper dinner parties and family get togethers, one under the decking and one beneath an old fashioned pergola. It is very well furnished in terms of indoor entertainment facilities, with wireless broadband, 40-inch flat screen, advanced Internet television with hundreds of channels including all major European TV channels and many of the latest movies on demand, as well as Apple TV.

It is also more than comfortable inside, with an elegant living area, well furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom (double bed) opens out onto the patio beside the swimming pool and is perfect for those who enjoy an early morning dip. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms (one double and two twin), all opening on to the decking or on to balconies and all enjoying fabulous views.

The villa is perfectly located both in terms of its very immediate surroundings and in order to explore the island of Rhodes. Not only is it a tiny drive (or walk for the adventurous as we are on a hill) to Tsampika Beach, this being over a kilometre of perfect sand. It is also within walking distance of an excellent taverna and a very short drive to the villages of Haraki and Archangelos-Stegna were there are very many more. The villa is about 20 minutes away from Lindos and Rhodes Town, which is also ideal for most parties, who will want to visit both during their stay on the island.

How do damage deposits work?
