Beautiful Country House located on the beautiful Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos (Route of the White Villages) surrounded by cornfields and olive groves where you can enjoy peace and tranquility in the middle of the countryside.

The house is an old olive oil mill that has just been fully refurbished in 2016 offering stunning views both towards the village of Arcos de la Frontera and the Guadalcacín Water Reservoir.

The house has a large living room with a fireplace and an integrated full modern kitchen with induction hob and all the necessary amenities. The main house contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms and next to it there is a comfortable additional apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and a cosy living room where the sofa can be converted into a double bed.

In an ideal location, just 6 kilometres away from the historic town centre and 30 kilometres from the airport of Jerez de la Frontera, you will be able to enjoy a day in any of the beautiful beaches of Costa de la Luz, visit one of the famous wine cellars in Jerez de la Frontera or spend some time in the mountains. Around 1 km away is Arcos Gardens, a really pleasant Golf Course with a bar and a restaurant.

Due to the house being a working farm there is a farmhand in permanent residence. He is required for the agricultural activities and keeping of the animals, which include turkeys, hens, small dogs and two horses. Perfect for people who enjoy interaction with animals and nature, while enjoying the poolside.

The house is perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people. In the vicinity you will find a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and all types of shops where you can find anything you need during your holidays. Please note that a car will be necessary.
