Welcome to Mare Blu House a charming, modern and relaxing house with an excellent location in the northern coast. It is located in a gated community, within an hour of 3 mayor cities: San Juan, Ponce and Mayagüez. Cueva del Indio, an archeological site, is within walking distance from Mare Blu House. It is the perfect place to explore nature and the historic town of Arecibo. Arecibo is the largest city in geographical size on the island and was founded in 1616. 

Amazing vacation house next to seafood restaurants, beaches, bakeries, historical and archeological attractions. It is located within 15 minutes of Premium Outlets. Great for large groups or small families. Private patio and a relaxing terrace with BBQ, bar and hammock. Open spaces. Tons of natural light and relaxing living space. Thoughtfully decorated with repurposed furniture and using natural elements to give you that peaceful and unforgettable experience that you wish to have, while caring for our environment.

The master bedroom features a king size and a sofa bed with air conditioning, in-suite bathroom and walking closet.

The second bedroom includes a king size bed with individual air conditioning unit for your comfort. The third bedroom features a full size bed with a trundle twin bed and air conditioning. Both features spacious closets, comfortable bedding and 16 feet ceilings.

Both bathrooms uses a solar water heater system and low water flow toilets and shower heads. We will provide essential organic toiletries!

The kitchen is fully equipped.

***Eco-friendly- In Mare Blu House we are committed to preserve the environment. Because we care we've provided reusable shopping bags, installed high efficiency inverter A/C, high efficiency fans, and LED lightning around the house. Also, we use a solar water heating system. Organic toiletries!

***Kid-friendly, we have a portable crib, toys and books for children and a big yard to play.

***Also, we have beach toys, towels and beach chairs that guests are welcome to use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jeniffer (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeniffer (the owner) a message.

If Jeniffer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
