ABOUT THE VILLA
This charming and ground floor villa, full of natural light, was recently renovated with quality finishes, yet retaining the charm and traditional elements such as high ceilings, hand-drawn tiles, ceilings in aboboda with handmade tiles, and also a private and unique inner courtyard with fish pond, where you can relax at the sound of the fountain or just enjoy the sun and privacy of the inner space, and also acess to the panoramic terrace, it allows you to relax and enjoy a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets.
This villa has also a outdoor dining, which corresponds harmoniously with the terrace and garden with the private swimming pool, with south-facing position guarantees full-day sunshine, ideal for sunbathing
The villa was tastefully decorated with lovely unique details, finished and furnished to a high standard, well equipped with everything our guests may need, has spacious sitting and living room with flat screen, digital satellite TV, radio, DVD player and free Internet wi-fi, and has 3 bedrooms, one of them "en suite", one double bed and two single beds, share another bathroom, all tastefully decorated. The modern kitchen is fully equipped ( dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, iron board, pans, chopping boards), and has a big dinning table were you can appreciate your meals.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The villa is located on the beach road between the famous strip and the old town with both being within a 5 - 10 minute walk of the property including the beaches of Praia da Oura , Praia dos Aveiros, Praia do Forte Sao Joao and the famous Fisherman's beach.
Car is not necessary, you do not have to worry about additional taxi cost

OURA
Albufeira Strip in general is simply packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and activity ticket vendors. In square metres, the Strip itself doesn't account for much of Albufeira's far reaching holiday resort, however popularity has spread because for thousands of holidaymakers, it has everything needed to make the perfect holiday in the sun!
If you're looking for relaxation and Portuguese culture, then we advice you the old town, but if you're looking for endless options for dining out (including great value full English breakfasts), themed pubs and bars, cheap drinks and partying until late, then the Strip is definitely your holiday paradise!
Praia da Oura, which is down quite a steep hill from the roundabout by Wild & Co, is a gorgeous, sandy bay complete with restaurants and bars along the promenade and all sorts of watersports.
OLD TOWN
Albufeira old town is more relaxed and has a lovely central square decorated with trees and colourful shrubs surrounded by street cafés and restaurants for a quiet meal or a cool drink. The streets leading off the square are a shoppers delight with clothes shops, leather goods (fantastic handbags!), gift shops, street stalls and of course, all the practical shops for daily necessities. There are also many more restaurants and bars in between the shops so there is never a shortage of places to eat and drink!
There are two main beaches in the old town, the fishermans beach (Praia dos Pescadores) where is possible to walk straight onto the beach without the need for steps, and the adjoining Fishermans beach is Albufeira beach (Praia do Túnel), slightly to the west through the tunnel near the tourist office. There are more bars and restaurants here and steps down to the beach.
