New for the 2016 Season, This excellent large air-conditioned villa sleeping up to 10 adults and 4 small children and walking distance to the infamous strip and old town being located between the 2,

The property as English speaking tv channels and Wi-Fi is available for a small charge,

The beach of Forte Da Oura is a 5 minute walk with bars, restaurants and Shops within 350 meters of the property,

This VIlla is perfect for families or groups wishing to holiday together.

There is one double bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor with extra beds if required and a lounge / kitchen,

On the middle floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a lounge and Kitchen, toilet and bathroom,

On the top floor there is a further 2 bathrooms and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom,

Each apartment as its own terrace and there is a large area downstairs supplied with table & chairs for all the group to sit together supplied with BBQ,

We also have the Villa Tres Palmeiras next door with 8 bedrooms when even larger groups wish to join in the fun.

This villa will sleep up to 10 adults and 4 small children on sofa-beds

There is a 750 Gbp damage deposit when families and 100 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 Gbp person when under 25 years old.

Air-Con is included from the 15/07 - 31/08 and an option of 200 € per week outside of these dates,

Please note: For arrivals after the office has closed at 18.00 pm and not using our transfer service there is a 25 € out of hours charge.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
