This 3 bedroom villa which is new to us for the 2017 summer season is perfectly located for those wishing to be close to the action, being just 300 meters from the infamous strip with bars, restaurants a large supermarket all within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

The villa is also equipped with uk tv channels and mobile wi-fi routers are available for small charge,

This comfortable 3 bedroom villa is supplied with 3 bedrooms which all have 2 single beds in each and there is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge area, both the ground floor shower room and upstairs full bathroom have both been modernised this year,

The well located villa is typically Portuguese furnished and will suit those looking for a small villa with a good sized pool and gardens and walking distance to the strip, old town and beach of Praia da Oura,

There is a small kitchen equipped with oven, hob and fridge freezer. Air-Conditioning is available for the summer season as an option for 150 € per week,

The damage deposit when families is 350 Gbp.

For groups, the damage deposit is 200 Gbp per person under 25 years old and 100 Gbp per person when over 25 years old.

Please Note: arrivals after office hours are charged a checking in fee on 25 € if not using out transfer service

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to do a review, As we had clients arriving the same day, the check out is always 10.00 am as the next clients had already arrived early that morning, we do always mention on booking that to keep the property later on departure day, It is better to book an extra day and then you can stay there as long as you wish for later departure flights, As we had early transfers in the morning, all our cars were at the airport, so it was not possible to bring you over to the office, also with 7 other properties departing at 10.00 am as well we do not have the cars available to do this, We look forward to seeing some of you again in the near future, Best regards, Dale

Good afternoon, We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in our property and had a great time, We do not charge for exit cleans as most villa owners do, but as such, ask that you leave the property as you found it or extra hours cleaning will be charged which you were advised about on arrival, As we we were there for an extra 2 hours, 40 € was charged for the extra cleaning and doing your washing up, Best regards, Dale

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
