Excellent Location and beautifully presented apartment in Albufeira. We pride ourselves in keepng the apartment to a very high standard in order for our guests have a fantastic stay. (PLEASE READ OUR ONLINE REVIEWS). We also provide FREE unlimited WIFI, Smart TV with full UK channels, including Sky Sports, online movies and box sets.
This stunning apartment is within the recently constructed Sao Francisco development, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the local shops, bars and restaurants of the famous "Strip", but also set back enough to enjoy a glass of wine on the privacy screened balcony undisturbed in the evening. The apartment is also within walking distance of some of Albufeira's finest beaches and the picturesque Old Town.
The apartment features an open plan living/dining room with seating for six, a 42 inch TV and DVD player. Accessed from both the living room and kitchen is an L shaped balcony with table and further seating for six.
The two bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the swimming pool, the master bedroom having a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be arranged in either a twin or double bed layout and has access to the main bathroom, with bath and shower. The stylish living room has access to the main bathroom and includes a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate two adults or children.
The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the booking. Balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Both bedrooms have ample storage with built in wardrobes.
Beautiful balcony with rattan dining furniture for six people.
Mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost.

“Home From Home”
My wife and I stayed in this apartment during January, February and March 2018. A real home from home very comfortable well-equipped all you would expect for a great holiday, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, bedlinen provided towels provided and a very very comfortable modern flat. Benefiting from both good air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. These were a prerequisite for us. Located close to all amenities but just far enough away to be quiet the flat is in an a great position with front and back balconies there is always somewhere to sit and enjoy the evening sun. Would recommend and give five stars no doubt we will be back

“Great location and apartment”
Just back from a 2 week stay. The apartment was excellent with all the facilities we needed including beach umbrella which was very useful. A large apartment in which we felt very settled and secure in. The location was right at the top of the strip. It was in a quiet location though which was good for us. We preferred the Old Town and used the little train to get around. We walked to the beach on quite a few occasions which was lovely. Pool was nice but the kids prefer the beach. Contact with the owners has been excellent and we used the airport transfer arranged through the owners which was great too. We would stay again if wanting to return to Albufeira.
“Excellent Albufeira apartment”
This 2 bed en suite apartment was perfect for 2 guys having a weeks break in Albufeira. The apartment was clean & tidy with all necessary amenities in good working order. It's situated close to but not on 'the strip' so no noise issues. There's a selection of reasonable restaurants close by or a larger choice a 5 euro taxi ride away in the Old Town. Communication with the owners was excellent who also organised transfers at below the going rate. All in all great value and one in the 'book again' draw.
Having just returned from a 10 day break, I have to say this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is very comfortable, has the advantage of two bathrooms and excellent wifi connection. The apartment is well located near to the quieter end of the strip with a selection of bars and restaurants within a short walk. There is an excellent pool set in secure and well maintained grounds and secure car parking. Highly recommended!
Stayed earlier in the year so we were lucky enough to be able to book this stunning apartment for another week as the prices so reasonable.The weather was fabulous so to be able to chill in and out the pool which was great to dip into when the weather was so warm then chill on the loungers after.We had family come out for a few days with us which included a 2year old and the apartment has everything you need for children young or older.Such a great area that look forward to booking for next year and thank you to the owners for once again organising transfers and welcome pack.
Could not fault anything about this apartment, location and country!! We are planning to return in a few years time already. Modern, clean apartment within walking distance of the strip and only a short taxi ride from the old town. Everything fairly cheap, clubs, bars and restaurants all fantastic with very tasty food!! Pool is literally a minute's walk away. Was a lovely touch to have our very own sun loungers and sunbeds. During our 2 weeks here we went on a sunset cruise party which was beautiful and a lot of fun! But bring a jacket, it gets very cold!!! We also went to Zoomarine and saw the famous dolphin show; highly recommended, a great day out for young children especially. Favourite bars in the strip; Wild + Libertos. Within Old town; Bank (If you wanna partaaaay) and Rock Café We loved Portugal and would highly recommend this apartment!!!!!
“Fantastic apartment in an ideal location.”
This apartment is ideally situated minutes away from the busy Strip in Albufeira but you would never know as we were there for ten days and not once did we hear any noise from anything other than the seagulls . The apartment was so well equipped it was like home from home.The two bathrooms are very handy and there was a lovely balcony where we could sit out in the evening and entertain before going out .The apartment is also very secure, to the extent at one stage we got locked out but thanks to Sheila we were back into the apartment very quickly, even though it was on a Sunday afternoon. We have already been trying to rebook for next year but unfortunately the secret of how good it is is out and our dates are already taken. Bad for us but excellent for the owners. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
“Great Apartment, location perfect”
We had an extended stay at this apartment during the winter of 2013. The apartment was very easy to book and the owners could not have been more helpful, also Michelle who looks after the apartment is very amenable. On arrival, because we knew where the property was, we were given key codes which were very easy to operate and had not problem accessing the apartment. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised to find at how clean and modern this apartment is and the facilities were everything we could have asked for, . The apartment is comfortable and the furnishings are lovely. We had the grandchildren come and stay for a short while and they loved the pool and outdoor play area which were both well maintained. The property is in a perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the strip. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family and hope to go back ourselves shortly.
“Fabulous modern apartment”
This apartment is the best we have ever stayed at in Portugal! It is beautifully decorated and very modern. My husband particularly enjoyed the large screen T.V. whilst us girls got ready to go out. The location is perfect - just off the strip, 2 min walk to the nearest bars, shops etc.... The apartment is very secure and we felt very safe. Having 2 bathrooms was a big help as my teenage daughters take hours to get ready. The pool was great and having your own sun loungers meant you didn't have to get up early to grab a spot! I would totally recommend this apartment for anyone who wants an easy, no hassle booking with all modern cons and great facilities.
Highly recommend this apartment...it was in a fantastic location and cleanliness was spotless...everything you need is at the apartment, it really is home from home...loved it! Transfers were efficient and friendly! looking forward to going back :)
