This 1 bedroom deluxe apartment is located on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool and sea and Albufeira Old Town. Both the lounge or bedroom offer fantastic pool and sea views with both having large patio doors leading to the large balcony, The spacious south facing balcony is perfect for summer or winter for just sitting and relaxing or dining in the sun and the evenings on the balcony give you spectacular sun sets. The apartment is furnished with good quality furnishings and the kitchen comes complete with everything you will need for a perfect family holiday, The apartment also as full air-conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area and the bathroom with bath / shower and heated floor is perfect for winter stays as well , On-site is a Tennis court and Volleyball court as well as a large swimming pool for Adults and a smaller one for the kids ,There is secure underground parking if do decide to rent a car ( not needed ) and lift access to all floors .The complex is very secure and all windows have electric security shutters.An internet router is available for laptops or phones / Tablets on request for a small charge,

“what a great & relaxing place to stay.”
the apartment,was modern,nicely decorated and equipped with all mod cos.the shutter blinds,kept the apt cool,as well as the air con,the sunbathing area and pool was spotless.you could relax day & night without any problems,security gates at the front of the complex and one at the back,as well as cctv.the beach is only a five minutes walk, supermarkets,bars,restaurants & nightly entertainment was in a few minutes walk,what more could you ask for.thanks DALE

We were upgraded to this apartment free of charge. The apartment is generally well equipped and well located in a very quiet area, about 5 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from Strip. Could have done with a clothes horse. Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment. The only problem we had was with the shower. On our arrival the representative told us it was an awkward system but did not show how it worked. When we tried to use it we couldn't get it to work and when we phoned we were told what to do but it still didn't work. However generally we were very happy with the apartment.
Response from the manager Good afternoon , Thank you for your review and we have now added a clothes dryer to the balcony, this was not present, has the apartment as an electric clothes dryer in the kitchen, We try to take note of the reviews and have now added one, I did ask the client to call back if they coudnt get the shower to work and i would send someone over , because we never heard anything more, we presumed evevrything was fine, we have now had this replaced and thank you for your review and we hope to had a great stay.
