Available for 2016, this well located 5 bedroom detached alarmed villa with large private pool ( heating available ) is located on the beach road between the Infamous strip and the old town with both being within a 5 - 10 minute walk of the property, With five good sized bedrooms, this villa will sleep up to 10 adults and 2 children, Wi-Fi is available for 35 Euros per week, must be pre-booked, The Villa also as pool heating available and as a pool table in the lounge, Located on the ground floor, we have the main lounge leading on to the dining area both with doors leading out to the pool, a large fully fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms - 1 supplied with a 3 single beds , the 2nd with a two single beds and the 3rd with a single bed and a large 3/4 size sofa-bed. The 4th as a double bed with an extra 2 single beds when required, On the first floor there is a further large air-conditioned bedroom suitable for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults , this bedroom also as an en-suite bathroom and as a large balcony supplied with table and chairs and overlooks the pool ,The front of the villa there is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds , a fish-pond and gardens leading to the back of the property where you will find the BBQ area,

Full air-con is available is an option of 200 Euros,

Pool Heating is available for all dates as an option at 250 € per week,

There is a 500 Gbp damage deposit when families and 100 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 Gbp person when under 25 years old ,

Great villa for a family

Fantastic for a family holiday. Outdoor area and the pool in particular was brilliant for kids. Inside was basic but good.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
