Denise Studios & Apartments are located in a very popular resort of Zakynthos, Argasi.

The property is set within a short walking distance to all area amenities (shops, restaurants, taverns,etc.) & is only 500m away from Argasi beach.

The complex consists of studios & apartments & can accommodate individuals, couples, families, or even groups of friends.

The Attic type Apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a size of 60sqm & features a balcony. It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (both with a double bed) 1 TV, a safe deposit box, a kitchen with dining table with 4 sits & all basic equipment (kitchenware, cutlery, 3 cooking rings, small oven, medium-sized fridge, toaster, kettle) & a bathroom with a shower.

From its furnished balcony, you can enjoy either mountain & pool views or sea & pool views.

This type of accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 5 adults, as its capacity can be extended by adding 1 extra folding bed, while a baby cot can also be fitted free of charge upon prior notification & availability for a child up to 2 years of age.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vasiliki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
