This is a highly desirable property – one of only a few private villas with pool, available for rent in the area.

The spacious villa is laid out over 3 floors.

Top floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Luxurious and spacious master suite with large double bed and luxurious memory foam mattress and a large en suite bathroom containing bath and walk in shower. The bedroom opens out onto a large wrap-around terrace overlooking the pool and the lake below and a guest room with a double bed and en suite shower room. Both rooms have a balcony with stunning lake views. Spacious guest suite with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains.

Ground floor: living area + twin study bedroom (2 single beds), 1 cloakroom with WC & sink.

Main villa living area with open plan stylish kitchen and dining area, with 2 ovens, dishwasher and microwave. Clean lines, sophistication, light and stunning views are the order of the day here! The living area has 3 large patio doors, providing stunning lake views, a huge comfy sofa and large flat screen TV with satellite (English channels).

There is also a single study/bedroom & cloak room with sink and WC.

Lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + double sofa bed in living area. Self contained unit with 2 twin bedrooms (4 single beds in total), shower room, open plan lounge/relax area. It has its own private entrance and parking with large patio doors & terrace and stunning mountain views. This level can be accessed externally or via an internal staircase.

The pool is open from 1st May to end of October.

The rental price includes all linens and towels. Additional towels are provided for the pool.

Additional InformationThe property has WIFI and is provided with a reading library and DVD library. There is a large stone BBQ for guests to use (wood or charcoal). There is a washing machine & tumble dryer in the basement.

The access road is narrow and steep, but perfectly accessible. Standard people carriers and normal cars are fine.

There are spacious grounds with grassed areas, as well as balconies and terraces. So plenty of space to sunbathe or play games.

The gated driveway has space for 2 cars and there is additional parking outside the basement apartment.

    If Lake Como Properties (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
