Large, bright two-room flat in an elegant residential area in between the relaxing green Alps of Lombardy (210 mt. Above sea level) and the romantic views of gorgeous Lake Como. The apartment consists of open plan entrance / dining / living room / kitchen; disengagement sleeping area, bathroom, bedroom, dressing room, is surrounded by a garden with lovely overlooking the lake; it is characterized by a portico in front of the living room, where is suggestive consume unforgettable aperitifs and romantic dinners admiring the soft pink light of sunset reflecting on the water. The decor is minimal modern, cozy and comfortable with 4 beds; It offers modern technologies such as heat pumps, induction plate, network Wi-Fi. To complete the unit the carport owned and private pool immersed in the tranquility of nature that allows you to admire the lake while swimming, or you get a tan. The pretty pearl Argegno, situated on the lake, can be reached without the use of the car, and no parking problems, in about 5 minutes, walking the historic and characteristic steps that, from under the residence, leading into the square , veritable jewel and center of the fishing village. From here you can walk through the picturesque narrow streets where overlook the typical local specialties where you can relax while enjoying the Larian, or continue to the Long Lake and the marina. L 'newsagent, pharmacy, church, bank, bus stop, the beach, the pier, with boats, ferries and taxis are all within walking distance of each other. They offer comfort, fun and the opportunity to reach the most beautiful places on Lake Como among villas, gardens and natural beauty without having to use the car in a quiet setting. Argegno is located in a strategic location to reach cities such as Milan, Lugano and its airports.

What makes this unique home? When I saw this house I liked it right away; I thought that I would feel at ease here in the morning waking up with the sun that illuminates both the bedroom and the living room. Go out on the porch and immerse myself, between the green mountains and the shimmering lake, in a new day relaxing and full of promise to schedule. The breakfast out here with the people I love, and then, in the sunshine of the pool in a dominant position for a swim that fills with energy. "Yes - I said - we'd be just fine !!!"
