Cottage T2, 38m2, comfortable, ground floor in the historic farmhouse at the foot of the Tower Pujol Argeles, situated in a green area, 2.5 km from the beaches. Catalan farmhouse with 5 cottages. resort near tourist sites of Languedoc Roussillon as Collioure, Banyuls, Saint Cyprien, Canet, Ceret, Le Perthus, Spain (30min), Barcelona (2 hours), Font Romeu (1:30). 1 bedroom with a bed for 2, wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Kitchen: oven, microwave oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, ... Living room with table, chairs, sofa, TV, DVD, ... Shared laundry room with washing machine, drying . Beautifully wooded garden, shared barbecue, garden, sunbathing, ... Ranking lodgings of France 2 ears.

Nous sommes venus une semaine en août dans le gîte Le Marenda. Le gîte en lui même est plutôt bien, la literie confortable, il y fait assez bon malgré la chaleur.… More

Bonjour Julie, Merci pour cet avis. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre gite Le Marenda, vous avez pu profité de notre magnifique jardin ombragé et votre fils des animaux ainsi que du trampoline et des balançoires. Pour ce qui est des ustensiles de cuisine, nous sommes étonnés de votre sentiment car notre gite est équipé sur la base d'un cahier des charges Gites de France 3 épis (très complet en terme d'équipements). En ce qui concerne l'activité à Argelès la semaine du 15 aout, effectivement elle est au plus fort. Beaucoup d'animations sont proposées notamment par l'Office du Tourisme à la plage et au village pour satisfaire au plus grand nombre, cela attire les vacanciers dans cette magnifique station balnéaire qu'est la nôtre qui vit très fort en ce début aout. Pour ce qui est du gite, et du mas dans son ensemble, il présente l'avantage d'être quelque peu écarté des activités et animations de la plage et du village, ce qui en fait un lieu très apprécié par beaucoup de clients pour son calme, sa quiétude et son caractère unique au pied de la Tour Pujol. Au plaisir de vous revoir avec votre famille peut être à une période autre que le mois d'aout. Aurélien Les Gites de la Tour Pujol.

Why can't I call Aurelien (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Aurelien (the owner) a message.

If Aurelien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
