Perfect for year-round hiking and Ski breaks, this gorgeous semi-detached chalet on the boarder of the hamlets of Les Grassonnets and Les Chosalets offers carefree proximity to Argentière centre, and is 3 minutes’ drive from the cross-country trails, the Grands Montets ski lift and a 12 minutes’ drive from central Chamonix.

The inviting semi-detached 3-level retreat oozes ambient ski-chalet charm throughout; with its cosy underfloor heating, fireplace, romantic wood-beamed ceiling and beautiful mountain view complementing the family-friendly open plan spaces for living and dining. A flat screen TV, iPod docking station and free WiFi offer all the added home-from-home comforts, whilst the super comfy and inviting sitting area with terrace access provides an effortless flow to and from the gorgeous Kitchen Diner.

The chalet has 6 bedrooms in total, 3 bedrooms upstairs, a full family bathroom and a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 2 further bedrooms downstairs. The basement also provides a lovely relaxing sauna for your well-being recovery apres-ski as well as bathroom and laundry facilities. In the winter entrance to the chalet is usually through the basement external door where there is ski and boot storage.

Equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher, the modern fitted Kitchen is made for carefree entertaining! Complemented outside by a sunny private terrace with alfresco dining area and BBQ especially lovely in the summer, the scene is set for enjoyable year-round meal moments with family and friends. As well as the open Living space to kick back and relax in, a mezzanine level upstairs offers a chilled TV room in which guests can enjoy a favourite movie on the giant bean bag provided. Free WiFi throughout, modern sony music speaker and flat screen TV on the mezzanine offer added home-from-home comforts.

Perfect for up to 10, the chalet’s sleeping layout is ideally suited for accommodating families with children and/or adult groups of friends. A spacious Master bedroom with double bed and En-suite bathroom is accompanied by 5 further bedrooms (3 Doubles, 1 Twin joinable (perfect for sleeping a couple or 2 single guests) and 1 Single).
