Villa Erato is designed to offer luxurious accommodation in Kefalonia in a stunning location overlooking the valley, the sea and the gulf that separates Argostoli (capital) and Paliki Peninsula. A currently renovated 3 level Luxury furnished 155m² villa can sleep 8 persons, 6 on the first floor and 2 on our newly build studio. Our 60m² outside terrace along with the modern amenities in all areas, in a detached location, is ready to offer you an exclusive ambience of luxury, comfort and privacy.

Villa Erato partly renovated in 2023, is ready to welcome you and offer you unforgettable holidays. The villa now is able to accommodate 2 more persons in a new and fully equipped Studio located on the pool area level.

This gorgeous Villa consists of three level floors, the top floor features three newly renovated airconditioned double bedrooms (2 double beds in the two bedrooms & 2 single in the 3rd bedroom); One of them has ensuite bathroom and there is another bathroom for common use, all rooms have lovely balconies with amazing views, overlooking the sea, mountains, trees and of course our beautiful garden and swimming pool.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area with top notch amenities and a living room with a new smart HD 43” TV and new A/C, ideal for hours of relaxing, also a bathroom is located on this floor.

On the lower level, besides the private swimming pool area with new sunbeds and BBQ and dining area, there is a newly renovated fully equipped Studio that can accommodate 2 extra persons. This brand-new Studio besides the double bedroom also provides you easy access to a bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator in case you are having a relaxing time in the swimming pool and want to make the less possible effort to reach out on your necessary needs. This villa is ideal for large families or group of friends.

Why can't I call Manos (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manos (the owner) a message.

If Manos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
