2 independent guest rooms in a farmhouse and renovated 20 years in 2006 in the heart of the Valley of the sensible, magical land where land and water are inextricably linked. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted. Walks on horseback and in boats nearby. (riding 100 m relay) You will discover the charm of this Valley nestled in the heart of the Arras-Douai-Cambrai triangle where fishing is the leisure of choice. Centre history mining Lewarde 7 km - 10 km Douai - based leisure 7 km - Cambrai 18 km. The Louvre Lens at 30 km.

Today on the ground floor room: bed, wc, washbasin, shower - room of yesterday on the floor: two beds of 90, wc, washbasin and shower. The toilets are independent rooms.

In each room, TV-DVD - internet access WI FI - House non-smokers - enclosed grounds with parking - shops on-site - Tavern in 50 m garden - breakfast served in the House of the owners.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
