Let me provide you with 30 days of hospitality for the AT&T Stadium events, Rangers, Texas Live!, Six Flags, eSports competition or any event or function that brings you to town!

My house is less than 1/2 mile walk to Jerryworld and Texas Live! Avoid the parking fees and hassle. Walmart is right across the street from the stadium and has lots of gear at lower prices!

A deep clean of the house is done after each guests so it will be fresh and clean. Lightly decorated with barn door to open up the space. Two living areas with TVs in the Living room 50in and Den 55in. Great way to separate viewing for children and adults. Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking utensils provided and ready for meal preparation if desired. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Washer and dryer available to alleviate a lot of packing. Dining Table for 4 and seating for 4 more at the bar.

Sleeps 9-11 comfortably. 1 Bedroom w/King bed, 1 Bedroom w/2 Queen Beds, 1 Bedroom w/ Queen and Twin beds, Sofa and Couch.

Big backyard and covered patio with charcoal grill and seating for 8.

Great house for family gatherings, attending graduations, corporate assignments, temporary housing, sporting events, concerts, rodeos, motorcross, monster trucks, and more! Long term stays are welcome and preferred!

It is in a family friendly neighborhood and the City of Arlington does not allow parking on neighborhood streets on event day, therefore you must park in the driveway. The driveway will fit 4 average size cars but only 2 large trucks like Ford F250 or Toyota Tundra.

Great location between Downtown Dallas and Ft Worth. Only 20 minutes drive in either direction.

How do damage deposits work?
