This comfortable condo is great is couples and small groups.

Our home is located in Crystal City, it located one mile from the Crystal City metro station and there is bus service from the outside the building which will take you to the metro. From the Crystal City metro station, it is a 10 minute metro ride into the heart of downtown Washington DC. This condo is located in a mixed use, residential retail complex, which includes restaurants, massage therapists, and a Harris Teeter (grocery store). Also the condo is extremely close to Reagan Washington National Airport, which makes flying in or out of National extremely convenient. This condo is great for those who enjoy walking and biking, as well for those do not want to rely on a car for transportation, and for those who or want the option to be able to drive into DC. This property includes free parking for one vehicle in the building's underground parking garage.

Our home is located is a short distance from a number of important sites in Arlington, along with great restaurants and shopping.

The condo:

This condo is located in a modern building finished in 2007, it boasts modern interiors and a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The one bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, walk in closet and the bathroom offers an attractive shower-tub combination. Also there are air mattresses available for other guests to sleep on. In essence this home is an ideal place great for couples or smaller groups.

The rental price including all relevant taxes and charges, includes: heating, air conditioning, water, electricity, linens, cleaning on departure, free parking for one vehicle in the building's parking garage, high speed wireless Internet access, and cable TV.

Since we are Washington natives we will happily provide tips, guidance and suggestions to guests so they can more fully enjoy their stay with us. We remain available to guests in case of any possible questions or problems.
