Nella casetta sull'Arno troverete un open space con cucina attrezzata, una camera da letto con cabina armadio con un comodo letto alla francese ed il bagno . . Inoltre Troverete biancheria fresca e pulita.

La casetta sull'Arno si trova in un quartiere magnifico!

Dieci minuti ai piedi del Piazzale Michelangelo, il punto panoramico piu' affascinante del mondo, da dove godere una vista su Firenze emozionante... soprattutto al tramonto!

Il Ponte Vecchio ed il centro storico di Firenze distano un solo 1.800 m, facilmente percorribile...

-a piedi costeggiando il nostro bellissimo fiume Arno,

-in bici (da casa parte una pista ciclabile) o

-con fermata bus vicino a casa

A 2 min a piedi dalla casetta c'e' il parco dell'Albereta... un grande spazio verde sull'argine del Fiume molto frequentato dai fiorentini, dove praticare svariati sport:

running, pallavolo, basket, calcetto, tennis, bocce ma dove si puo' anche passeggiare, rilassarsi e far giocare i bambini nel grande spazio giochi a loro dedicato!

A circa 200 metri c'é un grande supermercato e negozi aperto 7 giorni su 7 fino alle 22

Nella zona non mancano ottime pizzerie e ristoranti anche con consegna a domicilio, centri estetici, parrucchieri, farmacie ,negozi e botteghe di ogni genere!

The little house on the Arno is located in a magnificent neighborhood!

Ten minutes at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo, the most fascinating viewpoint in the world, from where you can enjoy an exciting view of Florence ... especially at sunset!

The Ponte Vecchio and the historic center of Florence are only 1,800 m away, easily accessible ...

- on foot along our beautiful Arno river,

-by bike (there is a cycle path from the house) or

-with bus stop near the house

A 2-minute walk from the house is the Albereta park ... a large green space on the river bank very popular with Florentines, where you can practice various sports:

running, volleyball, basketball, five-a-side football, tennis, bowls but where you can also walk, relax and let the children play in the large play area dedicated to them!

At about 200 meters there is a large supermarket and shops open 7 days a week until 10pm

In the area there is no shortage of excellent pizzerias and restaurants also with home delivery, beauty centers, hairdressers, pharmacies, shops and shops of all kinds!

    The house was lovely all amenities were there. The host was always available. Lots of local shops nearby, lovely easy walk into old Florence. Would recommend

    If DanieleValentinaYuna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
