The Coach House at Arnside has been totally redecorated in a contemporary style to create a stunning holiday home which sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. Our home is perfect for a family holiday or short break all year round as the beach, lakes and mountains are only a short distance away. Ideally located in the village of Arnside and only 150 metres from the beach you will experience outstanding views of the estuary and the Lakeland Peaks. Downstairs we have an open plan living area which includes the dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with a huge granite topped central island with NEFF Appliances and a Samsung American Fridge Freezer with ice maker. The living area has two leather sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV with Google Chromecast so our guests may stream their account with Netflix. We have three bedrooms One King, One Double and One Single. In the bathroom we have a luxury freestanding organic shaped bath and if you prefer a shower we have a walk in large head rain shower. All our guests receive a welcome drinks tray plus a welcome pack which includes personal toiletries and slippers . To the front of the Coach House we have a very small patio which can also be used as one parking space.

Within the village you will find an array of shops including a Post Office, Hairdressers, Art Gallery, Beauty Salon, Convienence Stores and Cafes. After a day of sightseeing and activities the village pubs with gardens prove extremely popular with visitors to sit and relax with a drink and soak up the sunset and breathtaking views. Arnside is in a designated area of Outstanding Beauty and there are many walks around Arnside and Silverdale as well as the benefits of the Lake District on your doorstep.

As commited hosts for over 7 years we are obviously very disappointed by your negative feedback. Your comments are contrary to any of our other reviews. Thank you for your compliments on our cleanliness as we are diligently following the detailed cleaning and sanitisation programme set out as everyones safety including our own is our priority and we will continue to achieve this high standard. Our listing clearly states there is one bathroom. Our welcome pack includes many items the list is endless we even include personal toiletries slippers even food bags if you wish to take a picnic on on your days out. The decor of our home is a mixture of Debenhams Next Marks and Spencers and Laura Ashley.

Why can't I call Brian & Diane (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I view and manage my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Brian & Diane (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian & Diane (the owner) a message.

If Brian & Diane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
