Vivienda totalmente equipada,con amplio jardín y barbacoa, para 5 personas, situada a 3km de las playas de Isla y Noja, a 20\' del parque de la naturaleza de Cabárceno, cuevas prehistóricas de Puente Viesgo y Altamira, Santillana del Mar, Santander etc. En un entorno natural y tranquilo. Consta de un salón con chimenea, cocina completa y 2º planta diáfana ( dividida por mampara). Precio: 80 a 130 euros día. RESUMEN DE LA CASA.TRANQUILIDAD, PAZ, JARDÍN, PÁJAROS, NATURALEZA...........IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS..NOTA:TEMPORADA ALTA 1 SEMANA COMO MÍINIMO. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.

Pues no podemos dar las gracias por el comentario, pero a decir verdad esperábamos a estos clientes hace once años. Durante todo este tiempo los comentarios reflejados en la página han sido muy positivos y amables. A los mencionados clientes al llegar a la casa les dimos las buenas tardes y preguntamos qué tal habían comido en el restaurante. La respuesta fue seca y contundente: “mal, la carne se la echamos al perro”. Entonces fue cuando pensamos…Ya están aquí… De las tres cosas que odian estos huéspedes, dos son motivo de alabanza por parte del resto de los clientes. Una, la parte superior diáfana, tal y como se refleja en las fotografías y se describe en la página; que por cierto, entusiasma a los niños. La otra el magnífico y exuberante jardín muy trabajado y diseñado de ese modo. En cuanto a la barbacoa, es cierto que se rompió la que aparece en la foto y que tenemos otra portátil con ruedas para transportar de forma temporal. Y no está oxidada. Efectivamente, hay un solo baño y está en la primera planta de la casa. Es una casa rural montañesa equipada, sobria, soleada, tranquila, con un jardín muy verde (porque llueve), con caracoles, mariposas, lagartijas y pájaros… Por cierto, el comentario general de nuestro clientes es que las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa.

Why can't I call Flor (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Flor (the owner) a message.

If Flor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
