A proximité d'Arras, d'axes routiers importants (A1 et A26), nous vous accueillons dans notre ferme équestre dans deux chambres entièrement rénovées, La chambre "Guedje du Manoir" est spécialement concue pour accueillir une famille avec deux ou trois enfants, Elle dispose de sa propre salle de bains avec douches multi-jets et de toilettes privées.

Entièrement rénovées en 2012, elle vous permettra de passer un agréable séjour.

Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir et vous réserverons le meilleur accueil possible avec tous les conseils pour découvrir la région.

Le Clos Verlaine is welcome you in a quiet little town very nearly of Arras. We offer two rooms. This one "Guedje du Manoir" is a Family suite especially designed for a family with two or three children. This room was totaly renewed in 2012 in order to offer all commodities you expect to find in a B&B (private bathroom with shower, private toilet) .

We look forward to welcome you in our guest house.

We had a wonderful overnight stop with our two border collie dogs. Breakfast included delicious bread, cheese and home made jams.

Why can't I call Fabien (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabien (the owner) a message.

If Fabien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
