Blas house is part of the complex of Rural Accommodation la Esperanza in the municipality of Arriate, in the Serrania de Ronda (Malaga). This accommodation is 100% adapted for people with reduced mobility or some kind of disability, so it is an element that differentiates with other existing cottages in the region and in the province of Malaga and in Andalusia. So we can say we are 100% adapted, we have studied in depth the standards for accessibility and adaptation in infrastructure, urban planning and building. We have also taken into account all necessary requirements for furniture, equipment which is provided with each house, access and public areas are accessible for people who need a wheelchair to get around. This project is led by Blas, a young arriateño who wanted to eliminate all the barriers he is whenever you visit a tourist establishment. The house has a capacity of 2 to 6 people and has 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, adapted bathroom and possibility of 2 extra beds, one in each room. Also they feature a private terrace with furniture and barbecue. It has central heating, air conditioning and wifi. 3 houses share a jacuzzi, a swimming pool and gardens and adapted toilet outside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Blas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
