This stunning Eco Yurt, is the first original yurt located at the family friendly eco village Finca De Arrieta. On arrival you will be met by one of the Finca De Arrieta's Team, they will show you to yoru yurt and hybrid Toyota car. Once you have settled into your holiday yurt, explore the eco village of Finca De Arrieta. Have a swim in the solar heated pool, collect eggs from the hen house and have a jump on the sunken trampoline! Eco Yurt has designed for outdoor living which is ideal for the year round warm Canarian climate. Your spacious 6 meter yurt is a perfect sleeping area with super kingsize 180cm wide double bed ( a further travel cot or 2 x z beds can be added). Adjacent to your yurt is the bespoke fully equipped kitchen and shower room stone hut, complete with walk in shower, Wc and hand basin. Eco Yurt is set within its own grounds and these include private fenced and gated terrace where you can enjoy a BBQ or the sun bathe on your sun loungers.

Finca de Arrieta's location is perfect being just 300mt from the sandy beach of La Garita where there is a local sea front restaurant & beach bar. Features include: living "Off Grid", collect eggs from the hen house, free wifi zone by the info hut, solar heated pool, giant chess set, play park, sandy football pitch ping pong, laundry area, honesty shop/bar, shaded day bed area and there are staff on site to help answer questions/organise excursions.

If you walk down to the end of the la Garita beach you enter the quaint fishing village of Arrieta. There a a number of sea front restaurants and breakfast bars/coffee shops. You can also shop in the supermarket and collect a pizza take away.

Toyota Hybrid car exclusive for your use throughout your stay. (Car seats provided if required) *Drivers must; be over 25 years of age, have had a driving licence for at least 2 years and bring their original licence with them.

This was our second holiday at Finca de Arieta. We never usually go to the same place twice but our first holiday here in 2015 with a 6mth old baby and 4 yr old was perfect so we booked again for NYE … More

De kinderspeelplaats en het strand zijn zo dichtbij dat de kinderen genoeg te doen hebben wat hen aanspreekt. Ik ben er zeker van dat de privétransfers geholpen hebben om uw vakantie zo stressvrij mogelijk te maken, en dat u met de hybrideauto een aantal van de prachtige landschappen en culturele gebieden heeft verkend om te bezoeken. We love it when families come back as it means we are all working together to make your previous stay one to remember and wanting to repeat. The Eco Village is a calm and serene place to stay and it is the peace and tranquility that allows everyone to recharge and go and face the world again. The village of Arrieta is authentic Lanzarote with its small number of restaurants serving honest food whilst being family friendly. Of course no holiday would be complete with out the stunning La Garita beach. We hope to see you all again in the future for another relaxing family holiday.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
