Start your holiday in style! You will be met at arrivals and driven to Finca De Arrieta making the start of your holiday as stress free as possible.

Eco Barn is ideal for a family with up to 3 children extra z-bed or travel cot can be added. Situated at the eco village Finca De Arrieta. Experience holidaying "Off Grid" collecting eggs for breakfast & relaxing by the solar heated pool. Sandy beach, restaurant & beach bar is just 300mt walk. Ideal to get away from it all.

Our environmentally friendly Eco Barn can comfortable sleep four guests (plus cot or z-bed). Lovingly restored and refurbished to a very high standard using local materials wherever possible, this traditional Canarian Barn has been converted into a unique holiday accommodation with wood and marble flooring, and traditional stone walls.

Our cosy barn comprises 90 metres of interior floor space on one level. It features wonderful mountain views of the unspoiled Haria landscape. The large lounge with patio door is light and airy with seating for six guests.

The Barn comes complete with a fully fitted bespoke kitchen including oven/grill, four-ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space, which makes this property ideal for discerning self-catering holidays.

The open plan lounge and kitchen leads to a master bedroom with fantastic sea views, a super king size double bed, wooden floor and oriental bedroom furniture. The second bedroom with marble floor, set of bunk-beds and widow with sea view, is accessible via the master bedroom, or directly from the covered terrace. There is also a walk-in shower room with wash basin and W.C (access from the lounge).

Outside, set in a mature walled and gated garden, the barn has a covered terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and a teak wood garden dining set. The barn terrace boasts magnificent views overlooking its well-maintained gardens and beyond to the Temisa valley and volcanic mountains a perfect setting for watching our beautiful sunsets. There is also a further shared lounge at the nearby shared pool area with free WiFi access.

Included in your price is; airport service and exclusive use of Toyota hybrid Prius car. Car seats provided, drivers must be minimum of 25 years old.

Thank you Adam for another super review after your most recent family holiday staying in the Eco Barn. After all your years of visiting you are right. It is the fact that Arrieta and the surrounding area are underdeveloped and as an island we have only 3 resorts and outside of these is wild natural space that makes this isle so alluring. Simple pleasures are what makes a holiday. Mojitos from the VW camper van near La Garita beach, pastries from the superb Levain bakery in Tahiche and bouncing on the sunken trampoline. We look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

La Garita beach is a beautiful beach and the restaurants around it superb but you have the versatility to self cater with the local well stocked supermarket. It is lovely when our guests take the time to have a peek into some of our other holiday homes from where they stay and your right. The Luxury villa and Yurt Royale are very special indeed. We try to make the booking as simple and stress free as possible and talking on the phone means we all get to know each other before the holiday starts. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
