This luxury ground floor apartment comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one en-suite.

The master bedroom is en-suite and has twin beds and a large double wardrobe with storage drawers and sliding doors. There are two bedside units with drawers each with bedside lamps.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and two bedside units each with bedside lamps.

The lounge/diner has a three seater sofa and armchair, a dining table and 4 chairs (two additional chairs are available). There is a sideboard, a large cabinet with UK satellite TV and a nest of 3 glass top occasional tables.

The large patio/terrace leads off the lounge overlooking the 17th green with views of the mountains and cable car - perfect for alfresco living. There is a patio table with cushioned chairs and a parasol along with four sun loungers.

You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible in this Arenal Golf apartment. The property is finished to the highest specification and boasts luxurious accommodation at a reasonable price. The apartment is perfectly located for guests to explore the stunning Costa del Sol or alternatively, sample the first class facilites available locally. The development is gated for added security so that the facilities remain private for the residents, whilst the apartment benefits from a video-entry phone. For those who drive there is secure underground parking with direct access to the apartment via lifts and stairs. A car is recommended but not essential as the local bus and train services are cheap and reliable. There is a bus stop along side the apartment that will take you to all the local beaches, marina, bars, restaurants, casino, golf course, Pueblo and Arroyo de la Miel. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.

Why can't I call Derek (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Derek (the owner) a message.

If Derek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
