The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Betlem Rural House for 8 people, with sea views, ideal for families.     

The property covers 170 square meters, and is distributed in living room with table and chairs for 8 people, 4 bedrooms (two single beds and two with double beds) and 2 baby crib, 3 bathrooms with tubs and / or showers. equipped kitchen with appliances and basic utensils and  3 high chairs for babies. In foreign private garden and a terrace of 120 square meters. 6 chairs for relaxing and sunbathing.     

Also a barbecue and table and chairs for 8 people. From the deck reaches the sea at a beach rocks. The sandy beach is about 300 meters. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is about 3 kilometers, and the restaurant open in summer is about 150 meters.  

There has been the detection of construction work in the urbanization for the season of 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
