Casa Giobatta N is an elegant and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Giobatta N you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Giobatta N is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Asciano, where you will find restaurants and shops.

Casa Giobatta N is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

The units are part of a seventeenth-century hamlet, made up of a noble villa, a church and a cluster of houses surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside.

The farming estate covers more than 1000 hectares (2470 acres) in the hills near Siena, in the "Crete Senesi," distinct landscape of almost-lunar clay hills interspersed with green cultivated fields and cypress-lined lanes. You will be in the middle of the most famous and celebrated Tuscan scenery! Every season brings its own hues and beauty.

The farming estate grows organic wheat, extra-virgin olive oil, and cereals for its own livestock, including the famed Chianina cattle breed, which you can enjoy in the farm’s own restaurant (open only to guests of the complex, by reservation).

The villa and the hamlet have been beautifully renovated into comfortable vacation houses, preserving the traditional architectural elements of the stone and brick buildings. There is a reception with staff available for anything you need. At the reception is also available a spacious, welcoming salon with sofas and a fireplace, as well as a computer with internet available for guests’ use.

Each apartment has its own private terrace space, in addition to the ample, tended gardens with tables and seating areas scattered about the estate (shared with other guests). There is a sizable sparkling swimming pool, a tennis court and a well-equipped children's playground, shared with other guests, as well as romantic panoramas to enjoy. Guests appreciate the timeless beauty and tranquility of the estate and the relaxing atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to unwind, read a book and enjoy a glass of local wine at sunset.

Hikers will enjoy the many marked trekking trails that meander around the estate and the nearby countryside and cyclists like the challenge of the hills.

The little church of the hamlet has been consecrated and Mass is held every Sunday at 11 a.m.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Crete Senesi and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

How do damage deposits work?
