The apartment of 145 m2 has 3 bedrooms is located at 6 th floor with beautiful sea view, it is new and very good quality in a residential building, it is fully equipped with modern furniture and equipped with everything necessary, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, etc .. the building is in the middle of the street with Rogozin all the surrounding shops at hand. 4 lifts including a gap, empty household waste in hallway, intercom with screen protection fire safety system by sprinkler, wide parking lot in the basement. very close to the sea 10 minutes walking, 3 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants, 5 minutes from the synagogue, 2 minutes from 4 bus station serving major cities. The apartment is equipped with wifi, TV, phone to receive communication only.

The owner lives in France, a local cousin is responsible for managing rentals, receiving tenants, handing them the keys and assisting them in all their needs relating to the rental of the apartment. The owner is in permanent contact with the tenant throughout his stay and provides him with permanent assistance. Important to note that the electricity consumption is the responsibility of the tenant and must be set at the exit following counter reading.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alain (the owner) a message.

If Alain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
