Casa Rosa is a traditional stone farmhouse set high in the green hills of Umbria, some ten kilometres (or six miles) north-east of Assisi. The house is divided into self-catering apartments – one large holiday apartment occupying the entire of the first floor of the original farmhouse, two smaller apartments sharing the ground floor, a small cottage in the converted stables; a two-bedroom apartment; and a studio apartment in a new extension. Each apartment is completely self-contained, with its own kitchen and bathroom, and its own balcony or terrace.
Apartment Masolino has a living room with sofa, dining table and four chairs, china cupboard, Wi-Fi access. Kitchen area with fitted cupboards and marble work surface, inset gas hob, sink, built-in fridge/freezer, oven with grill, microwave, iron and ironing board. Bedroom with king-sized bed (or twins on request), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathroom with walk-in monsoon shower, basin, bidet, and WC. West-facing french windows, beautiful pergola and terrace with stunning views, table and two chairs for al fresco meals, and access to private bower in the olive orchard. Access to pool with spectacular views and barbecue.
