Beautiful low-density complex overlooking the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Easy keyless entrance on the first floor with front door parking. Complemented with Second Floor hill side 180 degree view of the amazing wide river bend.

The 1730 Sq.ft. condo has a fully stocked kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee pots. Separate bar sink and ice maker. Full-size washer and dryer.

Major appliances are all stainless steel and includes upgraded cabinetry and cabinet tops.

The Balcony has a bar height table and six bar height swivel chairs as well as mounted ceiling fan.

This not a fishing camp and cleaning of fish is not allowed. There is a community launch for no charge and a full service commercial marina if one desires to locate a boat at a nominal fee. $1:00 to $1:50 per linear foot

The below was my written correspondence when scheduling reservations to Michelle from Ohio Michelle, We really like Stanfield’s in Rogersville as well as what looks like a whole in the wall called Fat Cats that has great fried shrimp as well as other items. Locals really like it. Fiesta Mexican has excellent Mexican food. A little too cold for tubing. There is a room downstairs that has air hockey and foosball as well as a very nice exercise facility with Tanning booth. Keys are located on the wall hooks as you enter the condo. There are several specialty stores downtown that we enjoy going in. We live in Athens and there is Big Spring Park, Kids Park and Story Time on March 21 at the Athens Public Library at 3. Also, a couple of nice places to eat around the Square......Pizza and Mexican Our grandkids love fishing below the condo on our private marina. I have a few kids size fishing poles in the first bedroom. Also, a collection of kids’ DVDs. Oh, Wireless code is on the fridge! Thanks! Cary In response to her comments: River's Edge is not a fish camp but a very nice complex (as can be seen in the website photos which she saw) to come, enjoy and relax, with amenities and a Mexican restaurant on campus and full service commercial marina where boats can be stored ($12-18 dollars a day) or rented ............which is 1-2 minutes away or an easy walk. Another great BBQ place is about 3 minutes away with easy directions to follow. They stayed at Wheeler Resort last year but were very dissatisfied with it. Rogersville sits between Wheeler and River's Edge. Both have restaurants in the complexes. Pizza is not delivered to either resort. The free launch ramp is next to the private marina, again....1-2 minutes away. This is where her husband launched his boat Rogersville which is one of the places I recommended for her to explore (see above message to her) and is 10 minutes away according to Google. Rogersville is about 12 miles from Wheeler State Park. The exercise equipment is very nice and up-to-date She notified me her husband was very upset because they were not having luck fishing and moving to a place where her husband could see his boat from the unit. It was apparent she wanted to be reimbursed and possibly stay at a cheap hotel where her husband could look out the room window periodically to see if the boat was there. She became offensive and rude when I did not offer her money back Please do not rent to Michele from Ohio. I regret doing so Thank you, Cary The below is in response to the renter’s comments: River’s Edge at Bay Hill is not a fish camp as you can tell by the photos. There is a public boat ramp in Bay Hill less than 2 minutes from the condo (which they used to launch their boat as well as commercial dry docking and wet slips for boats of any type and size, which is very economical. This was relayed to the renters I have a pontoon boat lift available that is designed for only pontoons and easily recognized as not for other types of boats. This too was relayed to the renters She is not telling the truth. I told her there was a commercial marina in our community . It is less than 2 minutes away. I was specific about Lucy's Branch Marina having transient boat slips for rent. $16 to $24 dollars a day. This is where her husband launched his boat.

How do damage deposits work?
