Our new apartment, fully renovated, with a new modern kitchen and bathroom with new double glazed windows and new air conditioning in all rooms, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Athens. Just five minutes away from the bustling and crowded city center and only 2 metro stops (2 minutes) away from the heart of tourist Athens.

Just in front of the largest green park of Athens, the Pedion Areos Park, with spectacular views of Lycabettus Rock, with no building and no obstacle to the panoramic views, you can enjoy your most quality accommodation and feel comfortable like home.
 
The apartment is on the second floor of a hotel-type building, with security and environment compared with only 5 star hotel.
The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment, in front of all rooms, with green trees reaching right up into the balcony and the natural light of the sun which rises from Mount Hymettus, is filling every room throughout during the whole day.

You can not resist and not sit out on the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking colors and images that alternate throughout the day and night as well, when the city lights begin to illuminate just in front of you, the Lycabettus rock.

But if you still do not want to sit out on the balcony, the comfortable chairs (outdoor style) with then wooden table, you can sit in a comfortable armchair in the living room and still enjoy the view of Lycabettus rock, listening to your favorite music from the SONY Esprit Limited Edition Hi-Fi and TV system.

With 2 large bedrooms, with one solid King size Wooden bed (160cm x 200cm) with semi-hard mattress and cocomat pillows (natural latex from coco tree) and other two singles (90cm x 200cm) that can be joined into one (as a Super King 180cm x 200cm) , they can always be accommodated up to 4 people whether 4 friends, two couples or even a 4-member family.
In a full functional kitchen you will find all the necessary cooking appliances, including a fitted kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffee filter coffee (coffee and sugar available for use), kettle, squeezer for fresh juice, tost maker.
For those who like cooking, in the Kitchen you can find Greekand foreign species of spices, Greek olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc so you do not need to order fast food.
In a less than 100meters there are 2 supermarket for your supplies with working hours from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 till 21:00 and a smaller supermarket with working hours everyday from Moday to Sunday from 09:00 till 23:00.


If you want to visit and enjoy a normal resident life, out of the Athens Down Town tourist area, in 10-15 minutes walking distance you can enjoy to the most famous non-tourist spot, the square Fokionos Negri.

Fokionos Negri is an area full of green, car-free, with restaurants, coffe shops, fast food, pizza, grills, fish taverns, Varsos etc. In this area, everything stay open until late at night, every day. Even at 2:00 after midnight you can meet people outise, or find a restaurant to eat, or a night bar for a drink.

Taxi ride costs less than 5 euros from/to the city center

Airport
choice 1) Metro towards Syntagma. Distance: 42 minutes. Timetable: every 00' and 30'
and then a Taxi from syntagma to apartment with cost approximately 5 euros.

choice 2) Metro towards Monastiraki. Distance: 44 minutes. Timetable: every 00' and 30'
At monastiraki Station you change to the green line and after 2 stops, exit to Vicroria Station.
From Victoria station you can walk 5 minutes or get a Taxi

choice 3) Airport to Apart directly with Taxi.
In case of a Taxi use, then the cost is 35 euros (daily rate) or 50 euros (night rate, after 11pm) and
the distance is about 40 minutes.

RULES
The apartment is in residential building and it is expected by guests to follow the general building rules. (no loud voices or noises after 11pm, and 14:30 - 17:00).
It is expected by guests to keep the apartment clean, and empty trash before their departure.

PRICES
The price is about 1 person. For every extra person after the first, there is an extra fee of 10 Euro for each person.
There is extra Cleaning Fee 45 Euro.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jerry (the owner) a message.

If Jerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
