Walking distance from all major attractions and downtown hip areas: Plaka, Monastiraki, Psirri, Thiseio, Acropolis, Syntagma. Ideal for a romantic or family holiday!

This boutique apartment is situated in the heart of one of the oldest and most historical part of Athens, between Syntagma and Monastiraki, within walking distance of Plaka, the Acropolis and many archaeological sites and museums, as well as the buzzing Athenian nightlife in Thission, Psirri, Monastiraki, Gkazi, Kolonaki & Syntagma.

The newly renovated 70 sq.m. apartment, boutique design, is ideal for a couple looking for a romantic holiday or a family of 5 or even friends looking to enjoy a few days in Athens. It has a large living room with a double sofa-bed and dining table, 1 large separate master bedroom with queen-sized bed, a smaller semi-separate small bedroom (between the living room and the master bedroom) with a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a desk area.

The gem is that you have access to a big roof top terrace where you can indulge in the stunning views of the Parthenon, while enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning or an aperitif or cold beer in the evening.

SIGHTSEEING: All the main archaeological sites of Athens are within a walking distance from the apartment. Walking through the unique streets of Plaka (old town) you can reach within 10-15 mins the Parthenon, the Odeon of Herod Atticus, Hadrian's Arch, the Ancient Agora, the Pnyx, Filopappou hill. Syntagma sq. and the Parliament and the National Gardens are also 10 mins away. The New Acropolis Museum can be reached after 2 stops on the metro.

SHOPPING: You are 5 mins away from the gift and souvenir shops of PLAKA, 1 min from the large shopping street Ermou, 10 mins from the large Attica Shopping Mall, and 15 min from the upscale shopping and eating neighbourhood of KOLONAKI.

EATING: There are many traditional tavernas in Plaka or Psirri and plenty of trendy and hip eating joints in the historic city centre below Syntagma sq, in Thiseion, Monastiraki and Psirri. There are also the more upscale restaurants of Kolonaki.
