It is a brand luxury new apartment 25 metres from Metro Station Acropolis and right in the middle of all historical sites of Athens.100 metres from Acropolis Musuem,200 metres from Acropolis entrance ,150 metres from Irodion ancient theatre,50 metres from the beginning of the biggest sidewalk in historical sites in the world (about 1-1,5 Klm beginning from Acropolis to Pnika,Thisio and Monastiraki) for the more beautiful walk you have been doing! .100 metres from Plaka(old Athens right under of Acropolis) with Athens night life and 200 metres from National Garden of Athens for your walk or running and jogging! It is in the 1st flour to a house of two floors that there are three apartments in it for short term leases.

You can also move by metro that is near the apartment to port of Pireaus in 15 minutes for a daily cruise in Athens islands or to Aegean islands.

There is a terrace you can reliee and a rest room in the terrace with aircondition and wc that you can leave your buggages after you leave or before your check in the apartment.There is also a fridge with beverages and water,coffe,tea etc.Fell free to help yourselves.

I wish all the best my friend . Because of my health I rent the apartment to a company for some months. I m back now to give you the services I like and can give you. The restaurant you refer to is very easy and of course no smell from it. For sure if I understand something like that will bother the owner.All this area is full of shops.You lived to the most central area in Athens and Greece! I hope everything will be good in your country in a few months. Really I wish you the best for you and your nice family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DIMITRIOS (the owner) a message.

If DIMITRIOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
