A historically charged area, yet reflecting the city's modern vibes, with its most trendy spots. Thissio and Ano Petralona are the n1 place for locals and tourists, recommended by international press. 63m2 renovated in 2018, stylishly and fully equipped to accommodate up to 4p, very near to metro stations Kerameikos (Line 3) and Thissio (Line 1)

The apartment was renovated, redesigned and refined to-the-detail, to serve as a luxury letting and accommodates 4 persons with great comfort. The concept of the renovation was to create wide united spaces for the seating areas, with plenty of natural light and a sense of luxury. All materials are chosen to reflect the historic area of Acropolis and the surroundings, while being modern and of high aesthetics. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning (heating/cooling), WiFi and all amenities are there to make your stay flawless and pleasant, whether you are visiting for leisure or for business.

The living and dining area with two big windows is connected to the kitchen in a large, clutter free space where the guests can sit, relax, eat and move comfortably. The 3-seat couch turns to a queen size double bed. There is a 40” smart tv with free NETFLIX.

The kitchen will be your place to prepare breakfast and your meals. Espresso, American coffee, tea, help yourself with one of the appliances available. You can also cook your own meals using the kitchen and work space. For a short or a longer stay, this fully-equipped kitchen will cover all your culinary needs!

The 5-star hotel design bathroom has a wide shower for extra comfort. All installations are of the highest standards. An apart laundry space with a washing machine and all washing and cleaning products, iron and ironing board is available.

The bedroom with a small balcony is spacious and bright. We value your comfort very highly, so exceptional care has been given to bedding and sleeping mattress for the Q-size bed as well as for the sofa-double bed in the living. In the closet you can find additional bedding, duvets, comforters and towels.

If you are visiting for business or you must be connected to your work during your stay, there is high speed wi-fi , and a laptop friendly workspace with power outlets. If necessary, we can provide you with more office equipment such as a Laser printer and paper upon request.

How do damage deposits work?
