Beautifully renovated 4BR, 2.5 bath Craftsman bungalow in West End. Just 10 minutes from downtown attractions: GWCC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena. Walk to MARTA train & the Beltline trail. Gourmet kitchen. Gleaming hardwood floors. Plush queen/full beds. Large bathrooms with double sinks. Washer/dryer. Driveway parking. Coffee & essentials provided!

THE SPACE:

8 guests will rest comfortably in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath recently renovated 1920s Craftsman bungalow. The master suite features a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large tiled shower. Two other bedrooms with full sized beds and another with two twin beds are down the hall. The spacious hall bathroom features double pedestal sinks and a shower/tub. There is also a half bath down the hall. All guest rooms are furnished with fresh, 100% cotton sheets, quilts, pillows and towels. The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and hair driers.

Your group can relax together in the large, open-concept living area, featuring 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and large windows. There is a 42" cable TV in the living room and fast wifi throughout the house for your devices. Chefs will love the gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee station. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, detergent and iron for your convenience.

Need some fresh air? The Southern front porch is the perfect spot to unwind with your favorite beverage. The Atlanta BeltLine is just steps from the house, offering miles of tree-lined trails and parks circling the city.

Please note: For your security and mine, the exterior of the house is equipped with 24-hour, wireless enabled security cameras that I have access to via app.

GETTING AROUND:

West End is a walkable neighborhood and very convenient to downtown. The West End MARTA station is a 15 minute walk away along a quiet, residential street. Kroger supermarket is an 8 minute walk away. You can explore intown neighborhoods along the Atlanta BeltLine trail, just steps from the house. A Relay bike share hub offers a fun and convenient way to explore the city on 2 wheels.
