From the owner

These 2 semi-detached villas are newly built and located in a gated-community with double private road access 350m from the beach. Freights Bay, the best for surfing or just to enjoy the sun and the clear waters. Miami beach is 900 m from the villas. This last one has a lot of shade and is always calm enough to swim.

The villas have high end finishes with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a double bathroom and a big walking closet. One of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed and the third one 2 single beds that can join together. Outside there is a splash pool and a garden.
The Italian design kitchen offers stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar and marble counter tops. The house has ceiling fans in every room, cable TV in the living room and high speed WiFi. All the floors are travertin and marble.
Housekeeping is included once a week.
The guests have the entire villa to use. There are two villas available with private access to guests. Each villa can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
There is a parking in the villa, with internal access and automatic gates.
The villas are fully equiped, including mosquito screens and security bars in all the windows and an alarm system.

Our property is ideal if you like a quite and spacious location, yet close to amenities and beautiful beaches.
Public vans stop at 200 mts. Oistins has the terminal for public buses.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvia (the owner) a message.

If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
