The Belvedere apartment is located in Contrada San Martino, 6 km from Atri (TE), in the context of Casa del Gallo, an ancient country house in the heart of the olive family Persians, with large garden, pool and barbecue. File olive trees alternate with green meadows, creating a landscape of rare beauty. Here nature lovers and tranquility can stay and enjoy the beauties of the territory. In the property you can find food and wine from Abruzzo. The Belvedere apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. E 'consists of a spacious bedroom, living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is the availability of a sofa bed for two people. A total of 60 square meters. The apartment is furnished with all the comforts; for couples, for business travelers and families with children. Guests can access the pool, garden, terraces. Guided visit to the mill which produces organic olive oil Persians and walks through olive groves. Wine tasting and olive oil tasting and other typical food and wine in the territory: pasta, tomatoes, wine, cakes, cheeses, meats, breads etc. Their purchase is possible in the adjacent room. Ample car parking. No animals. On some occasions we open our kitchen to guests for dinners with some of our local recipes. Contrada San Martino, a small village in the municipality of Atri, is characterized by the presence of residential homes with large spaces, gardens and olive groves. We are in the countryside, 6 km from Atri and a few kilometers from the hamlet of Three Chimneys.
