This unique home has served as both a host home and a sleeper for professional golfers, corporate executives, and corporate clients wanting luxurious accommodations & convenient access to the Masters tournament. Tiger stayed here in 2013. The primary draw of this home has been the luxurious, comfortable high-end accommodations and scenic views of both the Savannah river and "The River" golf course. The banks of the Savannah river lie just 40 feet from the edge of the pool nestled directly behind the home. Downtown Augusta is located and viewed on the opposite side of the river. One of the finest ("The River") golf courses Augusta has to offer is located in front of the home providing a fantastic view of its 13th-15th fairways. The Masters tournament is quickly and easily accessible (10-15 minutes) by approaching from the east (South Carolina) via downtown Augusta (Calhoun Expressway) to Washington Rd. The vast majority of Masters' visitors will be stuck in traffic as they approach from the west and I-20. Bobby Jones Expressway (I-520) offers quick (8 miles) accessibility to Bush field airport approaching it from the east. Daniel field is only 10 minutes away with a short drive up Wrightsboro Rd from downtown Augusta.

This 6020 sq ft home is a three level open floor plan. There are 5 large bedrooms with King beds and a private bath in each. On the middle (2nd) level is the great room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen area. On the ground level is the billiard room, 1 bed room, and the garage. The upper (3rd) level contains the master bedroom, another bedroom, and a loft area. The dining room table seats 8. The kitchen table seats 4. The kitchen bar seats 3. The outdoor terrace on the mid-level has a nice large stoned table for outside dining seating 8. Additional seating on the mid-level deck for 11 in separate chairs. A second screened-in terrace is located on the first level between the game room and the outside pool with comfortable seating for 10. The ground terrace offers a new Bullfrog 6 person hot-tub seating 4 comfortably.

The outside pool patio area can seat up to 13 people; 8 more can sit at a large octagon picnic table. Amenities include a 73" HD TV in the great room & a 55" HD television in the kitchen on the mid-level. A 50" HD TV is within the billiard room on the first level. DirecTV is our service provider with the Golf Channel included. Wi-Fi internet service provided. Garage parking is available if desired. The driveway is 30 foot wide and long to accommodate multiple vehicles for parking. The entire property is enclosed with wrought iron fencing; automatic gates can be closed/utilized should one have security concerns. Our River Club subdivision is an upscale area; it is heavily patrolled & the police station is located only one mile away. Please take a moment to view the many detailed pictures of our home and what it has to offer for Masters' patrons. This home is well worth the extra dollars for corporations and those desiring the utmost for their executives and guests.

This home is lived in and not a full-time rental; only available during the Masters tournament in Augusta, Georgia. Available as a sleeper with a limited number of guests for a $31,700 fee An additional fee of $15,000 to utilize the home as a host home. Fees remain the same (no increase/decrease) whether one needs to arrive a day early or leave a day later. No pets permitted & no smoking within home. No parties - mature adults only.

FYI: A daily cleaning service is included. Many upgrades in home since pictures were taken. Improvements include upgraded bedroom furniture, high-end mattresses, new outdoor furniture, 2 new 80 gallon water heaters, 2 new A/C units, new hot-tub, additional plantation shutters, carpeting, and more.
