Tranquility..A spacious, light, airy apartment offering full privacy and ideal for a couple. The apartment is private, located at 1st floor level above the garage and accessed from the front by steps or else direct by the garden at the rear. Peace and tranquility assured, here you will find a holiday opportunity for painting and relaxing or simply enjoying this unique part of the Cantal.The large garden is private, equipped with BBQ and jardiniere for your own use where guests may enjoy their meals undisturbed. You may park your car in the drive up to the garden. The bedroom is ensuite, equiped with modern bath and shower. The living room is equipped with a wood stove and furnished in style. A second bathroom is available for additional persons. A lake with beach and restaurants is 15k away, about 20 mins drive. Kayaking hire is available as there are also opportunities for such activity on the Dordogne at Argentat, 45 mins. drive.

Supermarkets are 15 mins. drive away whilst a local epicerie with bar is on your doorstep. Restaurants offering12 euro 4 course lunches including wine are commonly available hereabouts. Salers, Argentat are interesting tourist towns with historical interest and castles to visit for your interest.

Direct budget flights 3 hrs. drive away available at Limoges and, starting summer times, also to Brive with Ryan air.

Train travellers from Paris can disembark at Brive 2 hrs. drive, or Aurillac, 45 mins. drive away. Hertz etc. can be hired from those points.

Cleaning is guests' responsibility, if not an additional cleaning expense is due. Children are welcome to camp in the garden. Alternatively a sofa for 2 persons can be utilised stays in the room.

How do damage deposits work?
