New apartment for 2 to 5 people completely independent on the ground floor of the owner's villa, (private entrance), surrounded by a 7000m2 park with trees and fully fenced. Swimming pool access in season. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being very close to Toulouse, Blagnac, St Jory, Fenouillet, Beauzelle. Ideal for holidays or business trips, possibility of shared accommodation. Modular beds for couples or single beds. Close to all the tourist sites of Midi Pyrénées: historic center of Toulouse (15 mins), Airbus construction factory (5kms), Aéroscopia, Cité de l'Espace, Cité de Carcassonne, Albi cathedral, Cordes sur Ciel, Château de Lectoure and many other sites that you will want to visit by reading the documentation provided by your hosts ... Located 7 minutes from Toulouse / Blagnac airport 3 km from the Cedars clinic, 5 minutes from the Seilh golf course. Cottage labeled 3 ears at Gite de France and 3 stars in Furnished Tourism. Chez Julia you will find all the comfort of a modern apartment: air conditioning and internet access by fiber. It consists of a large living room of 25m2, equipped with all comforts, lounge area with BZ sofa. 2 bedrooms of 16m2 each with an entire wall equipped with cupboards and an office space. These rooms have modular beds either 1 bed in 160x200 or 2 beds in 80x200.- a bathroom with shower and WC in the bathroom but also a 2nd independent WC. Through the large picture window in the living room you will have a view of the 14m x 6m swimming pool secured by a standard rigid curtain. A garden furniture sheltered by 2 large blinds will allow you to take your meals outside, barbecue equipment. From the garden furniture you can watch your children on the playground equipped with slide, swings, trampoline, basketball hitch .... tractor, bikes, stroller all for the happiness of children. Many board games available, pétanque balls and 2 adult bikes for your walks in the countryside. The apartment is equipped with 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, table cooking, coffee makers including a nespresso, pressure cooker, beater, mixer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner .... The vegetable garden of your host will allow you (in season) to taste freshly picked vegetables Cot and all equipment necessary for children loaned free of charge (bathtub, high chair, deckchair, changing pad, strollers ...) Bathroom with hairdryer, cleaning products provided. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The supermarket and all kinds of shops are 1 km away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maguy (the owner) a message.

    If Maguy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
