This delightful semi-detached cottage is near the village of Austwick in North Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.The Garden Rooms is a traditional semi-detached cottage located in the guest wing of the owners period home near the village of Austwick in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one super king-size bed and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the front with furniture. The Garden Rooms is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this is arguably one of the finest areas for walking in the region. The area has a wealth of natural interest and there are wonderful cycle tracks and walks on the doorstep. Austwick boasts a local pub serving excellent home cooked meals and a country hotel, as well as a shop and Post Office. This quiet village is nicely off the beaten track, yet the market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.

We were given a warm welcome by Nicky, she had left us strawberries, bread and a pint of local creamy milk. The cottage was great, comfy bed, soft towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The pictures … More
